What are you responsible for
Build Strategic Value Propositions: - Support the design and validation of value propositions aligned with client goals and market opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work with multidisciplinary teams to align business, technical, and user experience perspectives. Organisational Transformation: Help to evaluate readiness for change, providing insights on structures, processes, and capabilities, and develop roadmaps for transformation.
AI Integration: - Bring AI, and particularly LLMs, to find and solve client challenges and enhance service delivery.
Business Case Development:- Help create compelling, data-driven business cases.
Team Empowerment:- Provide teams with strategic tools and frameworks, fostering collaboration, resilience, and continuous improvement.

Strategic and Design Experience: - Proficiency in user-centered design principles, digital transformation, and balancing user needs, market trends, and organisational priorities.
Collaborative Mindset:- Experience in multidisciplinary teams and fostering effective decision-making using Agile and Lean approaches.
Analytical Thinker:- Ability to use and present data for innovation and strategic decision-making.
Effective Communicator:- Strong skills in conveying strategic concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Adaptability and Curiosity:- Comfortable in dynamic environments with a passion for learning and growth.

What we can offer you
- Competitive salary benchmarked externally and internally for salary fairness: our Senior level banding is £50.000-£80,000 (depending on experience)
- Company pension contribution of 6% (increasing with tenure)

- A flexible wellbeing budget of £50 per month (via a Juno platform subscription)
- 25 days of holidays + plus bank holidays and a day off for your birthday too. We offer a long service annual leave scheme of an additional day per year after three years’ unbroken service, up to a maximum of 30 days
- A tiered parental leave policy, which offers 16-weeks maternity full pay and 4- weeks partner full pay (dependant on your tenure)
- A Learning budget of £1200 per year for self initiated learning, books and training courses
- EV salary sacrifice (dependant on your tenure)
- A remote-first setup with two days per month to co-work together in London

- 30min video/telephone introductory call
- First round competency based interview with two team members
- Second round interview focused on Futurice Values with other Senior members of the team
